Please note, Credit Checks and Administration fees apply to all of our commercial & corporte let properties listed on our website. If you fail the Credit Checks please take into account that these fees are non-refundable as there is a lot of time what goes into prepare these depth checks.

If you are in doubt about your credit history please take relevant advice before any money is handed over.

All information that is provided to our company is handed to a 3^rd party to conduct any searches. Any person from the age of 18 years and above will need to be credit checked.
