Great Estates is a family run business.
Prior to this, we owned a portfolio of properties, that we let and managed in and around Bath Bristol & Swindon.
In 2021, we decided to open Great Estates and are now proud to have the town centre premises that we operate from.
We work with a host of reputable landlords in the town, and surrounding villages, to support them in every aspect of letting their properties.
We can boast of 28 years experience in the property industry.
Our prices start from just £795.00 and our management fee is set at 10%.
